This apartment of 75sqm was in very bad shape. The owner wanted to have 3 bedrooms and 2 baths in the new floor plan. The kitchen was very separate from the living room while the bedroom was invaded by street noise. All 3 bedrooms are now facing courtyard while the main living space faces the main boulevard. New well insulated windows and air conditioning resolved the noise issue.
